Privacy Policy

AasPas is a home services platform that connects customers with local service professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and how users can request support or account deletion.

Account and profile data

  • Name, phone number, email address, password credentials, profile details, saved addresses, role type, and account status.
  • For service partners, we may collect onboarding details, service categories, documents, service radius, availability, payout-related details, and verification information.

Location data

  • Customer location is used to discover nearby workers and create service bookings.
  • Worker location may be used during active bookings for live tracking, ETA, route guidance, and arrival visibility.
  • Background location may be required for worker-side active jobs so customers can track arrival even when the app is not in the foreground.

Bookings, payments, and service activity

  • We process service categories, package selection, booking status, cancellation, reviews, support tickets, and booking history.
  • Payment-related records may include booking fee, remaining amount, online or cash payment state, worker earnings, commission, wallet records, and settlement visibility.
  • Payment processing is handled through authorized payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.

Communication and device data

  • We may process call state, notification tokens, support messages, app version, device model, operating system, crash or diagnostic data, and usage events.
  • In-app calling and notifications are used to coordinate customer-worker service flow, booking alerts, and support communication.

How we use information

Create and secure customer and worker accounts.
Match users with nearby available service professionals.
Show live tracking, ETA, route, and booking status during active jobs.
Process booking fees, payment state, earnings, wallet visibility, and settlement records.
Send OTPs, booking notifications, call alerts, support updates, and service messages.
Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and operational misuse.
Improve app reliability, performance, customer support, and service quality.

Sharing and third parties

We share information only when needed to operate the service, such as payment processing, maps, calling, notifications, hosting, fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, or user support. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep information as long as needed for account operation, bookings, payments, dispute handling, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and support. Users may request account deletion from the Delete Account page.

Security

We use authenticated access, role-based controls, secure payment providers, protected APIs, and operational review practices. No internet service can be guaranteed 100 percent secure, but we work to protect user data responsibly.

Children

AasPas is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
